Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Elkridge, MD.
Paul was a dream to work with throughout the entire process. I knew little of the area besides a simple goal of living within 15 miles from my current job location. Paul jumped to the task sending updated listings daily and advising which would best suit the needs I had mapped out.
Paul's response time was fabulous. He was available via email and phone everytime I needed him. He was also flexible in the method of communication which was extremely helpful due to the demands of my job throughout the business day.
Knowing little about the housing market and home buying process, I leaned on Paul for critical information regarding decisions on offers, timing, and other critical details. He also put me in touch with a lender that was able to provide me better loan options than the one I had already sought pre-approval through!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Clarksville, MD.
Paul, is very professional agent who listens and provide approperiately good recommendations for me to make a sound decision. He has been wonderful to get the house ready for listing and listing service was also excellent. Paul will be my agent for my next real estate transctions.

Paul visited my house, gave it a fair valuation, and then broke the harsh news that the market wouldn't support that value. He provided advice on what to actually set the price at to move it quickly, and sure enough, he had it sold at that price in just under 60 days.
