Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Twelve Oaks, Chandler, AZ.
We had previously tried to sell our house years ago with no success due to a terrible agent, so when we went to sell it again we were extremely picky and had high expectations of our agent. I remembered that Rachael had previously sold numerous homes in our community and knew that she had to be our agent this time around. I was not disappointed. Rachael sold our house in Chandler very quickly. She is extremely familiar with the area and is absolutely wonderful. Rachael and her team respond very quickly and take the time to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend her.

We just bought a condo in Mesa, AZ and couldn't be happier with
the Rachael Richards Group! Annette Holmes was our agent and worked very hard for us. They are a good group to be involved with and they are #1 at negotiation skills!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Cooper Commons, Chandler, AZ.
Are you considering listing your home on the market? The Rachael Richards Group is sure to prove itself as an asset to you during the entire process, beginning to end. Unfortunately, we had our home on the market for 90 days with an agency that did not truly know the market trends or the proper ways to market a home. Once we met Rachael Richards and talked with some of her support team, we knew they were the team for us. Their business model is such that the entire office staff is there to assist you. If, by chance, they cannot immediately answer any question you may have, they find the answer and return your call. Within the first week ( five days), we had 17 showings of our home and four offers submitted. We were thrilled to be able to accept an offer above our asking price within the first week!! Needless to say, if we ever need to buy or sell a home in the valley again, we will be using the Rachael Richards team without a doubt. We are beyond thankful to have had Rachael on our side!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Sunland Village East, Mesa, AZ.
After having my mothers home on the market for 6 months with another realtor with no good offers, we listed with the Rachel Richard group on Jan. 10th and had a full cash offer within one week. Both my mother and I were very impressed with the marketing of the home and the fast results. All the people we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommed this group to anyone I know who wants to sell or buy a home.

I feel Rachael Richards went beyond my expectations when I met with her and her team. Rachael's associate, Annette Holmes showed me several homes in my area of interest. She also gave some great insites for reselling a foreclosure home that I had. I would recommend to anyone selling a home or looking for one to call the The Richards Group.

I used Rachael for both the selling and purchasing of homes twice and wouldn't consider using anybody else. She has also done the same for my daughter and they were also very impressed with her service. She is very proactive and keeps you informed and in the loop at all times. Rachael and her team are always available whenever you need them.

In 2005 for the first time ever A Reator(Rachael)knocked on my door and asked for my business. Having been in sales in the Phoenix area for forty years it impressed me that she had the drive to succeed and an unbelievable amount of enthusiasm. She sold that house in thirty five days at a very good price and with none of the usual drama involved in most real estate deals. Since that transaction she helped me with two other buys and sells and I have referred her and her company to all of my friends and got many Thank You's in return.
