You may have seen Rachel on HGTV's House Hunters in 2010 (episode title "30-Something in Philly") or in Philadelphia Magazine's Top-Scoring Real Estate Agents feature, but if not, here is some info about her.

Rachel graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor's degree in media communication. She has worked as a media buyer at OMD, a prominent advertising agency in New York and has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has been a practicing REALTOR in Philadelphia for over 5 years.

Specializing in sustainable properties, Rachel is certified by ECOBROKER as an EcoSociate and by NAR with the GREEN designation to her license.
Rachel also is an active member of GPAR, The Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS, and serves on its Government Affairs Committee – where members review and vote on city and state legislation as it affects the real estate community and property owners in Philadelphia.

As a citizen of the city of Philadelphia she volunteers for her neighborhood non-profit organization, the Lower Moyamensing Civic Association (LoMo) and sits on their executive board. In addition, as Chairperson of the Environment Committee for LoMo she works to revitalize neighborhood parks and organizes semi-annual street tree plantings throughout South Philadelphia.
