Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in North Brunswick, NJ.
Got us a house in a week! Before we were looking for over a year with a previous Realtor. Randi and Cooper make a great team and made it very easy as first time home buys to feel comfortable.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Scotch Plains, NJ 07076
Cooper and Randi are a great team. They show true interest in helping to make the right decisions for you and your family and aren't just looking to make a quick sale. They are very knowledgeable and are great at offering their clients all of the available options in the buying and selling process. Even though we I decided not to sell at this time, I really appreciate their help, expertise (and patience!) and will definitely be contacting them again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in North Brunswick, NJ.
I am not one to just give a review 5 stars..but these two deserve it! I have to speak more for Cooper because we dealt mainly with him but Randi was very friendly and outgoing and it was very nice having her along through this process!

Cooper really did a wonderful job for us. He was extremely helpful, recommended us people for each part of the process from Lawyers to Home Inspectors, and all of his recommendations turned out great! He was game for anything, including a home inspection during a snow storm and kept us up to date on the process.

Being first time home buyers, it was very comforting for my husband and I to know that we had a realtor who was truly looking out for our interests and always ready to answer our manyquestions.

Thanks Cooper for everything! I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

Bought a home in 2014.
My husband and I worked with a couple of different realtors before a friend recommended Cooper and we couldn’t be happier. In my opinion, it’s hard to find a realtor that you feel is really on your side and isn’t dishonest because he’s just trying to make a quick sale. Cooper is neither of these. He’s easy to work with, not pushy at all, accommodating, and VERY patient. We had him running all over the place, because we couldn’t decide on a town for the longest time and he was patient throughout the whole process. We even briefly thought that we’d move out of state and he kindly recommended someone we could work with and checked in to see how the process was going.

Even though we just moved into our new home, my husband and I are already saying that when we sell in X amount of years, we’re going to use Cooper as our realtor again! I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Bridgewater, NJ.
From the time I first had contact with Cooper, he let me know what options were for my mother's house and the fact that I saw it as an albatross and wanted to eliminate it from my life as quickly as possible. So, as a team, we negotiated a reasonable asking price in an area where homes were hard to come by at that price and keeping in mind that after renovations, someone would recoup their investment big time. No question was ever too ignorant that I asked and Cooper held my hand and aided me in so many ways through the first deal that fell through and the time wasted. Yet, even through that, we had fun excavating a possible oil tank on the property only to discover the buried treasure of old auto parts. I was downhearted when the financing wasn't happening for the first buyer but within a week of relisting the house in mid-November, we had several offers and his knowledge was instrumental in choosing the best one. He's bright, courteous, personable and doesn't try to sell you. Presents the information and options then respectfully answers your questions when you are entering new territories previously unknown to you. Was very responsive through everything and I had a superior experience with him as my agent. Wonderful asset to any broker!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in South Bound Brook, NJ.
Cooper was a pleasure to work with. He was able to find our first home as well list and sell it to place us in our next home. Cooper had amazing communication skills and we truly felt his dedication towards us as his clients. He really goes above and beyond and I 100% recommend him to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Manville, NJ.
I met with quite a few realtors before I decided to let Cooper Ford of Gloria Zastko Realtors be my advocate.

I must say, I generally don’t like Realtors. For me they fall into that category of Sales people that I just don’t like to deal with… more concerned about making a sale than what I want or need. Some of the Realtors I met with fell into that category. Others just didn’t want to waste their time when they learned about my limited budget.

Cooper was different. I found him more genuine than your average salesman and he seemed pretty confident that we would be able to find something within my budget. It did take a LONG time through no fault of Cooper’s. Much of it could be blamed on the budget. Many deals were disrupted when higher offers or all-cash transactions were presented from seemingly nowhere; but Cooper never conceded or wavered from his belief that we would eventually close on a suitable property in my price range.

If sincerity and honestly are important traits you are looking for in your Realtor, I would recommend Cooper Ford.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Milltown, NJ.
Cooper is thorough and he goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy! We recently bought our house with his assistance and he did a great job. It took us a while to find the right house. He was patient and showed us many properties. After we found a house attorney review held many challenges outside ours and Coopers control. He helped us navigate through it and even alerted us of issues when possible. We are happy with our experience.

Bought a home in 2011.
Very professional and helpful. We looked at a few homes in our target neighborhood but Cooper encouraged us to open our search and then we found our home in a new neighborhood we never considered before and we love it.
