Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Glen Oaks, Baltimore, MD.
I recently worked with Randy to find and purchase my first investment property. I can honestly say that he has gone above and beyond to guide me through the process and make it a positive experience. Randy was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we searched in as well as the situations we encountered when it came time to negotiate. He was always accessible and responded promptly by phone, text, and email.
As an investor himself, Randy was able to offer first hand advice that helped me avoid costly mistakes. He was also able to put me in contact with reputable contractors to complete the work needed on the property that I purchased. I would highly recommend Randy to any prospective buyer or investor especially those who are in the market for the first time.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Belair-Edison, Baltimore, MD.
Before finding Randy, my husband and I worked with several real estate agents but were not satisfied with them because we felt they had their best interest at heart instead of ours. Randy was the first agent who gained our trust by listening to our financial goals and truly understanding them in a way that allowed him to find houses that were a good match for us. He provided accurate information and solid advice that led to a successful purchase that has been a good investment. We continue to work with Randy for future projects due to his understanding, patience, determination, integrity, follow through, and continued support.
Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Westgate, Baltimore, MD.
Randy Morrison is an excellent real estate agent. A year and a half ago he helped me find the house for me. He took the time and did the research to find the type of home I was looking for. I gave him a long list of things I was looking for and he accommodated most of them. We saw a lot of different houses. I was adamant about living in the city but only knew a couple of areas. He showed me areas I did not know in the city of Baltimore and ensured I knew every aspect of the home buying process. When my first bid fell through, Randy was there to help me through the disappointment and confusion. He listened to my concerns and when we finally found the one, Randy was my guidance through the headaches of a short sale (which by the way, it’s everything but short). Randy came highly recommended and I am paying it forward and recommending him to everyone I know. He’s responsible, diligent, dependable, and a hard worker. He’s the kind of realtor you want in your corner during the up and down process of buying a house.
Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in SBIC, Baltimore, MD.
I knew people who were impressed with Randy as an agent on the buying side, so I knew when it came time to sell my place I wanted to list with him. He did a pre-walk through and gave pointers on how to improve my chances of a sale. He was always accessible and returned phone calls and emails promptly. While my house was on the market I relocated to another city for work. Before I even asked if he could keep an extra eye on my house, Randy assured me he checked on all of his properties regularly- I felt very comfortable knowing my property was listed with him even though I was many miles away.
I had a relocation package with my work move, and ended up taking my employer's buy-out offer. Randy went over the numbers with me and was very honest in pointing out taking that offer would be in my best interest, even though that meant it would not result in a sale for him. If I were to buy or sell again in the greater Baltimore area, I would want Randy to be my agent as I received excellent service, and I always felt he was looking out for me as his client.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 in Owings Mills, MD.
I provided Randy with a list of items that were important to me and in the end he worked hard and I recieved 8 out of 10. Randy listened to my concerns, frustrations, and when I was having emotional breakdowns, which are inevitable when trying to purchase a home, he always brought me back to a place of calm. I truly appreciated his professionalism and knowing when to make me laugh. I think his best quality is he is dependable. Even after purchasing my home he made sure all the things in my new home needing fixed were taken care of and his word means something. At the end of the process, I felt good about my purchase. It was nice to be in the hands of someone with integrity.

Randy was excellent from start to finish. He asked us many questions to determine exactly what type of home we were looking for, then led us to exactly what we wanted. He was a great negotiator, and helped us get a great deal on our home. Since we were new to the area, he assisted us in all our questions, and we had many--from security systems, to radon eradication, to window coverings! He went above and beyond the call of duty so many times. We recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor, and will absolutely call him the next time we are in the market!
