Raymond Giles is a native Texan, living in the Lone Star State his entire life. He was brought up with Texas values where a hand shake is all one needed. Raymond acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 2003, with an emphasis in Media Technology and Marketing. Raymond got his Real Estate License in 2007 and his Real Estate Brokers License in 2009. Raymond is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), The San Antonio Board of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors.

      Sold a home in 2014.
      Raymond Giles is a person who will ensure the house meets your needs and have a lot of what you would like. His patience was monumental as he dealt with my wife and I and always had time for us to answer our questions. I would recommend him to any of my family members if they moved to this area.

      Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Converse, TX.
      Mr. Giles was a delight to work with. He has excellent communication skills and would responded quickly. He is quite patient and took the time to explain certain documents with me. He is extremely professional, has great character, and is very trust worthy. I have purchased 2 properties from him. He also helped me negotiate a better rate than I anticipated. I have referred him to several of my friends and business associates. Several have also bought homes from him as well. I feel like he made the process much smoothly than I had anticipated.       Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Champions Springs-Sundance at Stone Oak-Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX.
      No question about it, Ray is the only realtor I will ever use from now on out. We had used a few before, but none of them even came close to his service. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made the process seamless even when we did our best to make things difficult. We started the process when we were in Japan stationed with the Marine Corps. He knew a basic timetable of when we were getting here, but still worked our search like it was going to close next week. I need to mention that I'm a USAA member and had the option to use a USAA sponsored realtor that would have saved me a few thousand dollars, but its an easy decision to pay the extra for what he delivered with. He actively narrowed down houses for us and inadequate information from our end. We didn't know much about the local market, what we should be looking for or how to even start the process. With Ray, I soon found out I didn't have to worry about anything. He had found our new house within two days of us arriving in San Antonio. During the whole process, he was never pushy and always put in the extra effort to accommodate or conflicting schedules. While still in Japan, he would take work calls late into the night so I would be able to ask simple questions. He never seemed annoyed and always helped us gain a better picture.

      Once we found our house, he took over and made the process extremely simple. Even without us asking, he went ahead and asked for the sellers to fix everything that was wrong on the inspection report. When we saw this, we were impressed, but didn't think it would happen. 24 hours later, he sent us an email telling us he had gotten them to agree to fixing everything, in addition to a $6,000 allowance for closing costs. None of these things were ever asked for, but thats the level of service you get with Ray. He is always looking out for the best interests of his clients and that isn't always the case in this line of business.

      When closing came about, the seller hadn't delivered on everything they had promised, so Ray once again jumped in to action, waking up extremely early to take the sellers agent through the property to show his displeasure. He was able to get them complete the agreed projects by the time we closed that afternoon. Once we got in the house, the workers hadn't cleaned up, so we called Ray once again, even though he had no obligation to do so, he made arraignments for a cleaning service to come out and clean the property. He still is in contact with us, making sure we are getting settled and following up on everything. He is a true professional and I honestly will never use another realtor but him. We have friends and family all moving to San Antonio soon and they all have his business. I can't stress enough that you simply will not find a better realtor and someone that at the end of the day you can consider a friend.
