Bought a home in 2010.
Ray Morton is a resourceful, highly ethical, knowledgeable, real estate person. He was patient while we looked at many houses, and he always said that he was n, ad ot searching for a house for us but a HOME, and we would know when we found it..He kept us focused on location when we strayed from our path and got excited about larger homes that had (as Mr Morton called it FUFU) things that caugh took our attention from the things that really mattered. We came away from our experience finding our home with a real insight into what a home should be. We applaud Mr Morton for his time and the education we received. If you want a very professional realtor, Mr Morton is a good one.

Showed home in 2010 in Mayhew, Mooresville, NC 28117.
Ray took extra time and care helping myself and my family find the right house. He was not concerned about a commision, but about finding me the best home for me. That is rare in the real estate world.

Sold a home in 2005.
Raymond (Ray) Morton Sr. is intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic, reliable and a genuine person. He always backs up his line of reasoning with credible opinions and facts. Anyone not using Mr. Morton for his services would be doing a disservice to themselves.
