Robert helped us find our dream house early this year. Since it's an upgrade, our standard is pretty high and we're not in a hurry to buy. It took us 3 years to find it, and Robert is our agent throughout the period. He's very knowledgeable, patient, fully understands clients' need, preferences, and would truly think in their shoes and respect their choices. During the 3 years, he always provided new listings promptly to us that matched our need, never pressured us to buy, and was very knowledgeable about the market changes, trend in the area, neighbourhoods and communities in the area we're interested, as well as the process in contract signing phase. We're very very happy with him and have introduced him to our friends, who are very satisfied with his services too.

Robert is a very patient person. We had not much idea of house hunting 2~3 years ago when we started. Robert showed us all areas that we were potentially interested area and helped us analyze pros and cons of each area/community, builders, house materials, remodeling and neighborhood, etc. Those knowledge helped us to nail down what type of house we would like.

Robert is very knowledgeable on the house market on Eastside area. He knows the history of most of the houses and communities. It helped us to estimate the right value and proper offer to give for the house.

Robert is very reachable as well. He always did his best to reach us even when we were out of the country/town. His effort made the whole transition progress glitch free.

I highly recommend Robert. Robert recently helped me buy a townhouse in Kirkland WA. Before I got this house, he had been helping me look for the house for ong time, and he was very patient. Also, he sent me weekly report and update local market in time. He always stick with me when some difficulties happened.
