    Bought a home in 2011.
    Ruth assisted me in the purchase of my first home in the fall of 2011. Ruth is loaded with information for anyone who may be buying, selling or just looking. I have a very analytical mindset, and the information and data that Ruth brought to the table was extremely helpful.     Showed home in 2012 in Westmont, Irvington, AL 36582.
    Ruth is very professional, does her research prior to showing us houses. She is not pushy, but does check back with you. She has shown a couple of houses for me. I am not actively looking, but would move in a heartbeat if I fell in love with a property. She knows that and yet is always ready to show me a property. She emails potential houses on a regular bases.

    When she finds the right house for me, I will list my house for sell with her.

    My name is Ruth Carlson and I am a full-time Realtor. 
    My real estate claim to fame is having bought and sold 10 personal homes, each built in a different decade.  You could say that I have lived my way through American architecture.  I know that closets matter.
