Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 in Buckingham Lake - Crestwood, Albany, NY.
Rob is an incredible professional to work with. He just got finished representing me as the buyers agent for a fantastic historic home in Albany. As with most transactions this one was not simple. There were many intricacies involved and Rob proactively handled them with ease. He impressed me with his knowledge of the lay of the land in the Capital Region. He not only knew towns and cities but was also full of insight to the different neighborhood dynamics within them. Any time an issue arose throughout the process, Rob always contacted me proactively with solutions and a plan of attack.
Rob really knows the real estate process and I doubt anyone knows more about the Capital Region. He makes deals happen. I highly suggest him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Troy, NY.
Working with Rob was incredibly pleasant. His professionalism, honesty, and direct approach was greatly appreciated. Rob outlined the process and always kept me informed. Previous experiences with buying and selling haven't been as seamless. With Rob, I never wondered what was happening as he consistently kept me apprised of all information. He is a true professional. Rob is highly motivated but, is also very down to earth and easy going. Rob is knowledgable of the market and really listened to my goals as the seller. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell as I'm confident that he'd get the job done and do it very well. He's a real go-getter and I felt that despite his busy schedule - I was always a priority and ultimately my expectations were regularly exceeded. Rob is great!

Helped me rent a home.
The property was beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures shown in advertisement. Rob was great to work with - extremely professional and personal, accommodating and incredibly friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend working with him and renting property from him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Sand Lake, NY.
We happened on Rob by chance driving around looking at houses. It was his day off but he did not hesitate to arrange a showing of a house we liked. We ended up buying the place and Rob was very helpful in making our move from out of state. Really a pleasure to work with!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Sand Lake, NY.
We worked with Rob for about six months trying to find the right home. He was always very friendly and accommodating. He was also very hands-on, discussing with us the various pros and cons of the houses we saw and offering valuable advice. When we did finally put an offer on a house, he helped us to navigate the negotiating process, and we were able to buy the house for significantly less than it was originally listed for. I definitely recommend working with Rob.

Rob was very helpful in finding a buyer for income property. He kept us informed with all information pertaining to the sale. I would recommend Rob to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.
