Are you looking for an experienced real estate professional who really knows the real estate market?More Less
While other Realtors have found this market impossible, I have continued to grow a successful business to the point where I've been Ranked #1 for Century 21 Sweyer (all offices) for 3 year and in 2010, 2011, and 2013 was ranked #2 for Century 21 (for the entire North Carolina state). In 2010 I was also inducted into Century 21's National Honor Society. To be awarded this honor you must be in the Top 1% Internationally for 5 out of 7 years. I did this in my first 6 years in the business.
I have called Century 21 Sweyer & Associates home for the past 8 years. In a very short time I rose to the top and became the #1 agent for Century 21 Sweyer & Associates. In addition, my hard work has placed me in the top 2 out of thousands of Century 21 agents in the entire state of North Carolina. I consistently take on new challenges and succeed. In 2011, I achieved Century 21's Hall of Fame which has been done by only a few out of thousands of agents.
During the last 5 years, my listings took an average of 62 days to sell; whereas the average days on the market for other agents were about 160 days. How did I accomplish this? Every year I seek out the top trainers and agents in the world to learn the best techniques to get homes marketed and sold the quickest.
With today's market some agents may feel that "we're going to be here a while and there's nothing we can do about it." I take this as an opportunity to put my skills and knowledge to work.
I love my job and I am confident that I can help you in your real estate needs.
Several years ago I relocated here from Orange County, New York. I was attracted to Wilmington and its surrounding areas because of it's warm climate, low taxes and fantastic coastal location. My Accounting and real estate investment background has been a huge help with assisting my clients through the process.
I would like to apply for the job of helping you and your family with all of your real estate needs.
