Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Easton, PA.
Ellen was up incredibly professional and patient during the showing and selling of our house. She helped us anticipate challenges before they became issues. It was not enough, for example, to have a buyer at a price satisfactory to both parties- if the the property did not appraise for that amount with the bank writing the loan. Ellen got us through a mine field of potential pitfalls with great aplomb and style. It all culminated in a pleasant, uncomplicated closing that was over in an hour. We would use this creative, energized agent again in a heartbeat.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Bethlehem, PA.
Ellen was able to rent my condo in the Historic District of Bethlehem in just 4 weeks ! Although she is based out of Easton, she was more than willing to help me find the perfect tenant for my Downtown Bethlehem rental property. Ellen and the Prudential Paul Ford Agency kept me informed during the entire process and handled all the paperwork efficiently. Overall, the experience was hassle-free thanks to Ellen's easygoing personality and her attention to detail. I would use Ellen's services again without question.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Bethlehem, PA.
I'm new in the area and she was very helpful with everything, from the Schools, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, gardener, etc., etc. She also helped me to get a loan.... Because of her I now have the house I wanted and I'm very grateful. She is very patient and reliable. I highly recommend her!

Property manage a Single Family home in Easton, PA.
As an absentee owner of a residence in Esaton, I have worked with Ellen for 8 plus years primarily regarding renting to various tenants. She has always been reposnsive to our needs, which are always more than normal because we live out of state. Now, we are in the process of selling this same residence and continue to be impressed with how helpful and organized Ellen is in dealing with the various issues that the City inspector has required that we correct in order to sell the home.
Finally, Ellen is an excellent communicator. generally she responds to most communication the same day or never longer than the following day

Honest, highly knowlegable about the market. She was patient, no pressure>>>extremely timely with new information during the whole process. Answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely use her services for all of my real estate needs. I still call for advice time to time and she still makes herself available......she is a God send.......

Helped me rent a Multi Family home in Easton, PA.
Ellen helped us obtain a retail location in downtown Easton for our new store. Not only did she help us with procuring the location, she expedited the lease process and was a great resource in negotiating with the Landlord. Additionally, Ellen has actively been engaged in helping us come up with marketing ideas and advertising contacts. It is rare to find a broker who is so engaged and interested even after the lease has been signed. We highly recommend Ellen to anyone who is looking for a residential or commercial space in the area. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very responsive and engaged.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Easton, PA.
Ellen recently helped us purchase our first house, a beautiful 3-bedroom on College Hill in Easton, PA. She was the ideal agent during every step of the process. She was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and extremely patient (especially with our two small children!!). She did a terrific job putting together comps and explaining the ins and outs of offers and counter-offers. She guided us through several rounds of negotiations and worked tirelessly with the bank to ensure they met commitment and closing deadlines. Thanks to Ellen, we found a dream house, in an ideal location, for a great price. I highly recommend her!!

Helped me rent a home.
We worked with Ellen for a relocation from the Twin Cities to Easton, PA. She's a good listener, flexible, and responsive. We haven't yet found the home we'd like to purchase, but will continue working with Ellen to find the right fit. However, her connections to local artists and creatives allowed her to match us with an incredible rental that meets our short-term needs, both living and working. Ellen doesn't try to sell you on a place that isn't right for you. Other realtors we've worked with are much pushier. Pleasure to work with her.
