Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Keene, NH.
Josh was incredible throughout the entire process of me purchasing my first home. My job actually took me out of the state for two weeks right in the middle of everything including my home inspection. Josh was there for me and helped me make some tough choices and decisions, that I desperatley needed assitance on. When the entire process threw us a few curve balls he had all the solutions and facilitated them as well. Most importantly Josh was there for me when I needed someone to be real, honest, and sincere about the biggest decision I had made in my life so far.
