It is a good idea to work with a real estate agent who can refer you to lenders who will spend time to find the product that will fit your needs and your budget.  Not all lenders have the same programs.  It is best to work with a local lender with local underwriting in my opinion.  If you would like some references, just let me know.  Good luck.

What is my property worth?

Answer

Zestimates are a good starting point.   However, it is best to consult with a REALTOR(r) or have an appraisal done.  Zestimates are not able to know the upgrades, or when major components of the house have been upgraded.  Good Luck. [email deleted by Zillow moderator. can an owner list their home on zillow?

You can post your home for sale on Zillow.   If you look under help you can find out how to do that.  Also, you can contact Zillow if you have any problems.  They are very helpful.  Be sure to check out what New Hampshire Requires regarding any disclosures.

How do I find the value?

Answer

The information on Zillow is limited as spelled on the website.  The best way to know the value is to have an appraiser give you a value.  A real estate agent can look at what has recently sold and provide a comparative market analysis... however, one must also look at the location, condition and price of your property compared to those that have recently sold.  In addition it is important to know what currently is on the market so you can see how competitive your home is compared to others.
