I have lived and worked in this area of the Texas Hill Country since 1994.. My family, sons and grandchilden also live in this area; therefore, we know the area wel. This area of the Texas Hill Country is in a growth mode due to the quality of life for retiree's and families.
We welcome all new comers and hope you will call me if you should need a home inspection, both for the buyer and the seller. I also do new home construction which is highly recommended from slab (start) to finish. I urge the seller to prepare the home for sale by having a pre-sale inspection.
During the inspection process we can detect items that may need attention; therefore,expedite the sale of your property by having these items repaired prior to putting the property on the market.
