Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Lynchburg, VA.
Our family was referred to Karl by Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider program. From day one, we were impressed! We were not Lynchburg residents, and Karl always made time for us when we were able to make the trip down to look at homes. Karl and his team were extremely helpful when we had a family emergency that necessitated a change in our closing date. Since closing on our home, Karl has been able to recommend several contractors for services and updates to our home. We wholeheartedly recommend choosing Karl as your Realtor. You won't be disappointed!

Karl was very understanding of what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the homes he showed us and was able to answer all of our questions. He is down to earth and willing to help in any way he can. We had a wonderful experience with him and we will be using him in the future.

Karl and his team were referred to us through the Dave Ramsey ELP referal system. incredible to work with. We were making a cross-country move and Karl was more than happy to spend an entire day with us a year before we planned on actually purchasing. He showed us the area, showed homes currently on the market, spoke extensively on the current housing market in the greater Lynchburg area, as well as the buying process in the State of Virginia. Karl is now our life-time Real Estate Professional and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Karl worked with me for over two years to find the right house for my family! Not once did he ever push me to purchase something that wasn’t ideal. He was patient and optimistic that the right house would come available. After about 1.5 years we decided to have a house built for us. Karl represented us - and we were so glad he did. He worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with the builder’s quality of work. We are SO THANKFUL that Karl has an extensive knowledge about not only the local market, but about the quality of workmanship in a home. I know other people that chose not to go with a realtor when they purchased or had a home built for them - They would be the first to admit they made a mistake by not partnering with Karl!!! I am so glad that I had Karl!

Karl Miller is a realtor that will find you the home you desire. His determination to meet his clients' needs is unsurpassed. We purchased our home from another country. Karl was very helpful in negotiating our very special situation. He was able to navigate communications between us and our relatives to make this happen.
We very much appreciated their flexibility and willingness to go the distance. The result said it all. We flew back to the US and walked into our new home having never seen it. It was a great experience. I recommend Karl Miller for similar purchases.

Karl is very knowledgeable about the Central Virginia real estate market and gave us the confidence we needed to sell our house. Sold a home in 2012.
Quite simply he is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever experienced. He exceeded my expectations in selling a rental property under extremely difficult conditions/restrictions. His personal involvement was outstanding. All phone calls were returned expeditiously. He followed all the restrictions on the sale process, and exceeded my expectations in the sale price.
