Showed home in 2013 in Medina, OH.
Lisa helped us through our first home search. We looked at a lot of foreclosures and she had lots on information about what we should expect in buying a foreclosed home from dealing with lenders to repairs that would need to be made. Overall she was very helpful and informative.

Bought a home in 2013.
I highly recommend Lisa Davies for a real estate agent. Buying our first home she had a lot to deal with. Between looking at what felt like a hundred houses and numerous phone calls she was a total professional. She was always on time for our appointments and answered all of our questions without hesitant. When we were buying our house she went through the paperwork and explained what each page was in terms we could understand. She helped with every step of the home buying. I really loved her down to earth and to the point personality.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Cleveland, OH.
I used to hold an Ohio Realtor's license and have been through many transactions as buyer, seller and agent. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She demonstrates the skills and professionalism I strived for when I was an agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

What can I say about Lisa? She is amazing she is the GO-TO-AGENT! She was there for every question I had and I’m sure I drove her nuts! We were first time home buyers and we had a lot of questions. Lisa is so very knowledgeable and professional. She is a much respected real estate agent and a huge client base but she still made us feel like we were her only clients! She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our first home. Her business card is basically glued to our fridge! We will never deal with another agent again! Thank you Lisa!!!!

Found a tenant for a home.
I obtained a rental property listing through Lisa Davies. She was very responsive anytime I contacted her and took plenty of time to explain the details and answer any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable in real estate as well as managing rental property and the listing process. She is pleasant, professional and patient and understood my concerns as the owner. As a long time property owner/manager herself, she can sympathize with an owner's concerns and wishes. The unknowns of how to rent out my property while living out of town created several months of stress for me. I am extremely happy and thankful that I found Lisa Davies to list my rental property. The property acquired interest very quickly and a lease was signed within 10 days of the listing. I know I would not have had this turnaround if I had tried to do this alone or possibly with another agent. I had a good feeling about her from the very beginning. She is a wonderful person and agent and I would definitely use her services again. The money for her service was well worth the return on investment.
