I would never recommend listing a house with Marsha Marsh. I have purchased and sold five homes during my lifetime and they have ranged in price from 75K to over 500K. I have never been more disappointed or frustrated with a realtor than I have been with Marsha Marsh. Although she is knoweldgeable, she oversells her services and expertise and is horribly unresponsive to concerns which in the end cost me dearly and could have cost me more if it weren't for my attorney. She is trying to expand her business and delegates a significant amount of her work to her assistants who do not have the knowledge, skills, or credentials to do the job. The advice she gave me and legal language she provided in the contract for my home was sloppy and proved problematic. Although my house sold rapidly, it was not because of her. It sold rapidly because it was reasonably priced, in excellent condition, and in a highly desireable neighborhood. My advice if you're thinking of hiring Ms. Marsh is don't.
