Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Monrovia, CA.
My business partner used Adam and Eric to sell a house several years ago. He is a former broker himself (and extremely demanding and detail-oriented) and was very impressed by how they conducted themselves in all phases of the transaction. I have since recommended Adam and Eric to several of my financial clients and they have handled both purchase and sales transactions for them, including a very difficult short-sale situation for a client's family member. I am very grateful to them for the service they have rendered to my clients. I normally don't recommend professionals to anyone, because I can never be sure they will come through for my clients and friends, and I don't need the headache that comes when they don't perform. Adam and Eric are the exception. They are not just the smartest guys in the room. They are also the hardest-working, and they always keep their clients in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of transaction, especially difficult situations. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $700K in Fullerton, CA.
This review has been long over due to for us but Adam Brett was such an excellent Realtor and he more than earned a five star review. We were very nervous about the sale of our home and what we would do with given our financial situation. Half the time we forgot Adam was our Realtor; he wears so many hats. His technical background and outstanding marketing made the sale of our home feel much less stressful. The other great thing about working with Adam and his team is, well, the team! When Adam couldn't jump right on something, the others would come in as if on queue and it really just made things go so smoothly. I cannot begin to express how great these guys are. Realtors don't have the best reputations but after working with a team that kept things so professional, it changed my way of thinking. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home, buy a new home, or just looking for real estate or financial advice.…More Less

I cannot speak enough about their professionalism. If you did not know, these guys have signs all over Fullerton - "The Adam and Eric Team" (that little red ball logo is all the way up my block!) - I see why. They are refreshingly respectful, and very professional. I dealt with each member of the team, from the agents to their marketing guy; all were stellar. In the end I did not end up purchasing a home with them, the time just wasn't right. I remember the little things in life and I will be using them when the time comes to make my move.…More Less
