Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Monrovia, CA.Summary:
My business partner used Adam and Eric to sell a house several years ago. He is a former broker himself (and extremely demanding and detail-oriented) and was very impressed by how they conducted themselves in all phases of the transaction. I have since recommended Adam and Eric to several of my financial clients and they have handled both purchase and sales transactions for them, including a very difficult short-sale situation for a client's family member. I am very grateful to them for the service they have rendered to my clients. I normally don't recommend professionals to anyone, because I can never be sure they will come through for my clients and friends, and I don't need the headache that comes when they don't perform. Adam and Eric are the exception. They are not just the smartest guys in the room. They are also the hardest-working, and they always keep their clients in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of transaction, especially difficult situations. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Whittier, CA.Summary:
I recently sold my home as a short sale where The Adam & Eric Team helped facilitate my life. Prior to working with The Adam and Eric Team I had been working with an agent who was unable to get a buyer and almost lead my home into foreclosure. Luckily with the help of The Adam and Eric Team their investor networking connections were able to put in an offer and get my sale date postponed, and closed within 30 days. I wish I would have gone directly to them in the first place my credit would have only of had a 30 day late as opposed to the time wasted prior to working with them. Best thing out of this transaction is I was given a relocation incentive of $3,000 via the HAFA short sale program. The Adam and Eric team know their stuff as well are high paced, and great at moving critical situations like mine stress free, I highly recommend working with them.…More Less
