Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Monrovia, CA.Summary:
My business partner used Adam and Eric to sell a house several years ago. He is a former broker himself (and extremely demanding and detail-oriented) and was very impressed by how they conducted themselves in all phases of the transaction. I have since recommended Adam and Eric to several of my financial clients and they have handled both purchase and sales transactions for them, including a very difficult short-sale situation for a client's family member. I am very grateful to them for the service they have rendered to my clients. I normally don't recommend professionals to anyone, because I can never be sure they will come through for my clients and friends, and I don't need the headache that comes when they don't perform. Adam and Eric are the exception. They are not just the smartest guys in the room. They are also the hardest-working, and they always keep their clients in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of transaction, especially difficult situations. Adam's listing and sold signs were throughout my neighborhood and so I gave him a call to ask his thoughts about my home and potentially selling it. His preparation and presentation were beyond any that I had ever seen. He was patient, knew the area thoroughly, and gave me all the information I needed with no pressure. Adam knows Real Estate and studies the market. I decided he was the agent for my husband & I before the sale, and feel even stronger after the sale.
He helped guide us in pricing our home, guided us in preparing our home, prepared a listing with pictures and descriptions that showcased the home and his marketing of our property drove many potentiial buyers to come in person to view it. I am happy to say his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and negotiation skills helped us secure a buyer in a short period of time at a price we were very happy with. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Adam Brett and Eric Urban made a potentially confusing process very easy to understand and walked us through every step of the process. From doing necessary pre-showing repairs, to prepping, listing and showing our home, and all throughout the sale process we were guided and advised on every step. The results were a home that got an offer on Day 1 for above asking price. We even trusted their team to help us purchase our new home.
