Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Ravenna, Seattle, WA.
Ben Hoefer is an excellent agent! He is very knowledgeable about homes in the Seattle area. Ben also was very patient and explained the entire process to us as first time homebuyers. He went above and beyond while helping us find a house. Once we found a house we loved he continually checked on it for us and helped us negotiate. Ben is very open and honest and not only is a great realtor but also a great friend! I would highly recommend him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325K in Phinney Ridge, Seattle, WA.
Ben helped me purchase my first home in Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Ben made the process very smooth and simple, which I think is important for first-time home buyer. He definitely knows the area well and can provide valuable insight. He also has a thorough knowledge of construction and area building codes, which certainly came in handy in my home search. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $750K in Mercer Island, WA.
Ben is utterly fantastic. He both sold our house (in this bad economy in 1 week for more than we had planned) and found us our next house. Ben is responsive, able to work in multiple markets in different neighborhoods, and really interested in understanding your particular needs without trying to change your mind or push you into spending more than your plan. We cannot recommend Ben highly enough.

Ben was a great help in selling our home in Greenwood. He had a great eye for staging and his marketing strategy was dead on. We sold the house quickly and at a fair value.

Ben Hoefer did a remarkable job listing and selling our home. He suggested steps we could take to present the home in a way that highlighted the positive features, assisted with the staging and presented a marketing plan to make our home stand above others in the area. He executed the marketing plan as promised and was able to sell our home in 2 1/2 weeks in a depressed market, obtaining a favorable selling price for us.
