Born the daughter of a custom home builder, friends of Jennifer often joke that real estate is in her blood. After attending the University of Michigan, Jennifer moved abroad where she studied at Tel Aviv University and worked as a journalist. When she returned to Washington in 1997, Jennifer became a producer-reporter for Reuters - covering the White House, Congress and State Department for the news agency's television service. She also anchored a daily consumer report, giving her an unmatched wealth of knowledge on mortgages, finance, and the housing market.
Putting her first-hand knowledge of construction and finance to work, Jennifer became a real estate agent in 2005. Coupled with her attention to detail, she quickly became one of the top agents in her previous brokerage firm's office. Her clients describ e her as smart, hardworking and extremely loyal. Impressed by the top-notch marketing and other tools for buyers and sellers offered by TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Jennifer joined as a Vice President at the beginning of 2013. Jennifer who has long been involved in programs that help the city's homeless population, said TTR Sotheby's commitment to helping those in need in the community was also an important factor in her decision to join the firm.
Jennifer specializes in homes across all price categories in Northwest Washington and the close-in suburbs of Virginia and Maryland. A resident of Washington DC for more than 17 years, Jennifer has lived in Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, West End, Tenleyto wn and now resides in the Barnaby Woods section of Chevy Chase, DC with her husband, son, twin daughters and cat Herzl. Her husband, Justin Kenny, is the Foreign Affairs and Defense Editor for the PBS NewsHour and her children all attend Lafayette Elementary School where Jennifer is a room parent and school sponsor.
