Amazing!!!! Such a personable and smart realtor. Doesn't pressure you at all. Very quick with responses 24/7. Highly recommend him. So happy to have our house sold and then have our dream home bought so quickly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Olde Sawmill, Dublin, OH.

Just a perfect experience. This was my third transaction, but first in Ohio and first with Ken - and it was by far the most professional, no nonsense house hunt/purchase. Ken took the time in the beginning to really understand what my wife and I were looking for. We established our priorities, discussed our 'must haves' and areas we were interested in, and Ken went to work - NEVER pushing something that didn't meet exactly what we had discussed. Incredibly responsive to all of my emails, texts, and calls - there was never a moment I didn't feel like a top priority. Biggest takeaways and must do/know - 1) Ask for Ken's opinion on everything from the house to the neighborhood. He knows Columbus like the back of his hand. 2) Use his portal, it's a life and time saver. 3) Use his Mortgage contact Don. Incredible as individuals, but even better as a team.  More Less
