I bring a varied background to my real estate career, having pursued avenues of business development, sales and customer service throughout my working life. I first obtained my real estate license over 22 years ago. Over time, this industry has evolved into its present high standard of professionalism and ethical practice. As this business of buying and selling real estate becomes more and more complex and challenging, it is important than ever to choose an agent that is keeping pace with the time. The agent must not only represent high ethical standards and a complete knowledge of the industry, but also have a dedication to this ever-changing landscape of real estate.
My goal is to use all knowledge and resources to empower my clients to make the best real estate decisions for their family’s needs. The following are some of my personal achievements that I am very proud of accomplishing:
• I am a licensed REALTOR®. All real estate licensees are not the same. Only real estate licensees who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®.
• I was selected as a 2007 Super Real Estate Agent™ by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. My clients identified me as a real estate agent who demonstrates exceptional ability and service. Fewer than 3% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota have been awarded this distinction.
• I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The CRS Designation is the symbol of professionalism and experience in real estate. Only 2% of all the REALTORS® in the United States have the CRS Designation.
• I am a graduate of the REALTORS® Institute. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
• I am a Premier Properties Specialist™ awarded this designation by my company for treatment of expensive homes.
• I studied business at the University of Minnesota...Minneapolis and Duluth campuses
