Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $850K in Summit, NJ.

Pam helped us find a fabulous home in Summit NJ. We were looking to move from NYC to the Union/Essex county area, and Pam was super helpful throughout the process. She worked around our schedule and took us out to see around 10 houses. She listened to our feedback, and ultimately was able to help us discover what we were looking for. The home we ended up with was a little higher than our original budget, but it was clearly worth the extra money as it was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with a really good school district. With Pam's help, we were able to negotiate a significant reduction from the asking price, so I think we ended up with a very good value. Pam helped make the whole process run very smoothly from offer, negotiation, inspection, finalizing the mortgage and signing. We would highly recommend Pam whether you are buying or selling your home.

ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE 100% ACCURATE, BUT THIS WILL MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND WHY YOU NEED PAM AS YOUR AGENT!!*MUST READ THIS REVIEW*!! First off, let me start by saying that I met Pam through the HIGH recommendations from other users on this website and from my first phone call to her I KNEW that she was the one I wanted to help me find my first house. She was a sweetheart and pitbull throughout the whole process. Constantly in contact with me, providing suggestions to houses while taking into consideration into what I was looking for. Sending photos of properties, making time around my crazy work schedule and working day and night to make it all happen as smooth and fast as possible. You can CLEARLY see Pam takes what she does to heart and gives 110% effort into every client like they were her own family. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about NJ, KNOWS her real estate and KNOWS about homes and will always check when viewing homes the condition, dates of items installed/replaced, location and comps but will never try to push or force you into something you can’t afford or do not want. She was always there to guide me the whole way and never hesitated to talk things through with me. She was VERY understanding about the whole decision making process and stood behind me 110% always saying “it is your house, you need to be happy in it no matter what and if worse comes to worse, there are always other houses. There is no rush, find a house you will fall in love with”. Right there you can tell Pam is out to make me, the client happy and NOT out for herself. I honestly believe, with all my heart, that Pam wants nothing more to see her client happy no matter what. She will fight tooth and nail for her client and back them 110%. She will ALWAYS did what was in my best interest knowing how much I want to spend, what I want in a home as far as size, look, location etc. She would always come to showings prepared with knowledge of the house, paperwork and did all the leg work to make the appointments happen on schedule. EXTREMELY friendly, sweet, kind, KNOWS all there is to know about housing and real estate (as far as I’m concerned and I’m experienced with engineering of homes) and did I mention she was ALWAYS behind me fighting to get me what I want, and if anything went wrong she was all over it! For example; after my mortgage was approved everything was smooth up until that point, Pam was incredible as I knew she would be but the underwriters of the finance company and others involved REALLY dropped the ball and almost made me miss my lock date. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, I was getting emails, calls, texts all regularly from Pam who was in constant contact with everyone in the bank and agency making sure she knew exactly what needed to be done in order to pass the word to me to make sure my stress level was kept to a minimum. No amount of words can express how much she did for me and my fiancée during that insane process to make sure we got all that was needed and that she was involved in every crucial step of the process. Have no fear that if all goes to hell, she will be right there raising hell to make sure everything gets done the way it should and will make the necessary inquiries and calls to whomever to keep pressure on things so it all gets done! PROS: -Up front and honest, will not give you the run around, always involved. -Works hard and never stops working -Has the clients interests, needs, finances and wishs in mind at all times -Complete sweetheart of a person and cares greatly about her clients -Will not hesitate to fight tooth and nail for her client in any situation -Knows her real estate and knows it well -Knows about homes and everything that comprises them (structure, electric, HVAC etc) -Will keep in constant contact and always seems to have the right answer to any problems -Will treat you like close family and give you the shirt off her back if you needed it -TOO MANY MORE TO LIST!!! Read the novel I wrote before this for more :) CONS: -Not enough people are like Pam…. In closing, Pam made my home buying experience amazing, fun and easy. Toward the end when the home was in closing, it could have turned disastrous but Pam was there to make sure EVERYTHING was the way it needed to be with NO EXCEPTIONS.I give Pam my highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. A+, 5.0, 100 or however you want to score perfect because that how excellent Pam is. Now that the process is over and I have my home, should I decide to sell in the future I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to Pam to sell it. To Pam personally, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work, dedication and heart you put into all of this. This experience was amazing solely because of you and I cannot thank you enough! You will always be a member of my family for how well you treated me and mine and will always be like a 2nd mom. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pam. We were first time home buyers and she was responsive, patient, and helpful in guiding us through all aspects of the process. Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Morristown, NJ.

When we decided to move, we had a very tight schedule to coordinate everything - the move, the realtors, the logistics of finding a place on the West Coast while trying to figure out what (sell, rent) we were going to do with our house in NJ - all during Hurricane Sandy. Having Pam on our side was a blessing as she went out of her way to provide us with the knowledge, the options, and the peace of mind knowing that she was taking care of all the house related issues during such a tough and strenuous time. We ended up renting it out within a week or two of it going up as a rental listing, and for more than what we hoped thanks to her. Her daily, if not hourly, updates even while we were away made it seem like we were her top priority, and the extra mile that she went, including printing out NYC train schedules, schools in our district, information about our local community for potential buyers/renters was something I hadn't experienced even while house hunting myself. Additionally, negotiations on our behalf were conducted exclusively by her but in consultation with us, and with only our best interests in mind. Needless to say, if and when we sell the house or require new tenants, I will be a return client.

Sold a home in 2012.

Pam was a pleasure to work with. She pegged the pricing on the unit she sold for us and found a buyer by pricing the property at the right price. With several offers on the unit, she managed the potential buyers well so that we ended up selling for the best price and most attractive terms. Our transaction was listed and closed in less than two months. Pam worked hard to make sure everything was in order for the closing and ran inspections quickly. We recommend her highly.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Chatham Twp, NJ.

Pam handled the sale of my condo in Millburn and the purchase of one in Chatham. From the moment I met her I knew that she was right for me. She is energetic, positive and the ultimate professional. We met Pam at an open house and told her what we were looking for in a home. We were very specific about where we wanted to live, and Pam got to work for us. Within days, she had shown us many homes that met our description. When we purchased, Pam was very helpful in the negotiating process, and I feel she helped us get the house at the right price, and under fair terms. She stayed involved in every step of the process, and judging by the times of her emails she never stops working !! We listed our house with Pam, with the expectation that it sell quickly and to the right family. Our house received four bids and sold in ONE WEEKEND. I credit Pam's industry knowledge and marketing persistence for the quick sale. I called Pam almost daily throughout the buying and selling process, and she always picks up the phone and is happy to help me. I highly recommend her for buyers and sellers alike.
