There are not many people in a service and sales industry that I would place my complete trust. I did so with Tom so much so that I offered for a house in CT simply because he said "it was perfect for me." And it is! We met in May, 2013, when I was visiting my family. I had just put my home up for sale in the Far West never thinking it would take one year to sell. During the past year Tom kept in touch sending me updates on property I had seen and also on new properties to the market. He was always encouraging and always kept my wishes ( and price ceiling) in mind. Tom also gave me honest opinions on the properties I was interested in ("well, it has potential but you would need flood insurance!"). Tom has a lot of knowledge of Heritage Village and knows all the intricacies of the Village. He was very responsive, communicates well and is very personable. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs in this part of Connecticut.He walked us through the process of putting our condo on the market, reaching the widest market and arranged for several Open Houses. He follows up and keeps everyone informed.

very bad expirence ,will never hire tom again.a nightmare.got my furniture ruined by child of prospective buyer .tom never keep his promise to repay me for the couch.very rude once we agree to sale the house and signed the contract.he made extra copies of my house key without my knowledge.come to my house without my permission when I was at work.the list can go on .

This seller, Renata, was referred to me by a very satisfied former client. Renata called me after firing her previous Realtor for being unable to sell her home. I gave her the same level of customer service that all my other clients enjoy (see my reviews). Renata was aware of the "extra key" I had in my possession and no one was admitted to the home without her knowledge. Every agent who showed the home was tracked electronically through the Supra Lockbox system. I allowed access to the bank appraiser as required, and Renata was aware of my doing so. Her home sold for over $300 per sq ft in an area where the average home sells for less than $200 per sq ft. I think this is a case of sellers remorse and some sad circumstances in her personal life.
We met Tom almost a year before we finally purchased our property. From the very beginning we were impressed with his professionalism, but even more with his friendly, open manner. He had everything arranged or us, did an excellent tour, spent several hours showing us around all with a smile. Our conversations were relaxed as if we had known each other for years. THE BEST. Tom made our first home-buying experience so wonderful. He knew what we wanted more than we did, in that he insisted we see "one more home" as we were about to give up, and it turned out to be the house of our dreams. He felt more like a member of the family than a real estate agent. His knowledge of the business, from soup to nuts, is extensive, and he can answer really technical questions about homes that previous agents we dealt with could not. He has a very calming and warm presence, but more importantly, Tom is authentic. He is truly a genuine human being, and we are forever grateful that we found ourselves in his hands when buying our first home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone, we would go to him again in a heartbeat.
Tom was fantastic to work with. He gave us great advice on exactly what work we should do to market our condo, and also did a lot of research on our competition, which helped us price accordingly. He went over and above in many ways. For example, our condo was empty, and on his own, he moved in some basic furniture of his own to help stage things. We did ask for this, or expect it ... he just did it. As a result of his advice, our condo sold within two weeks of going on the market. It was so nice to work with someone who not only had the knowledge and expertise to get the job done, but was also a nice guy ... couldn't recommend him more highly.
