Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Woodbury, CT.
There are not many people in a service and sales industry that I would place my complete trust. I did so with Tom so much so that I offered for a house in CT simply because he said "it was perfect for me." And it is! We met in May, 2013, when I was visiting my family. I had just put my home up for sale in the Far West never thinking it would take one year to sell. During the past year Tom kept in touch sending me updates on property I had seen and also on new properties to the market. He was always encouraging and always kept my wishes ( and price ceiling) in mind. Tom also gave me honest opinions on the properties I was interested in ("well, it has potential but you would need flood insurance!"). Anyone interested in real estate services in Tom's area should contact him. He has my highest recommendation!

Bought a home in 2013.
We met Tom almost a year before we finally purchased our property. From the very beginning we were impressed with his professionalism, but even more with his friendly, open manner. He had everything arranged or us, did an excellent tour, spent several hours showing us around all with a smile. Our conversations were relaxed as if we had known each other for years. We really like Tom and have recommended him to our friends and family. If we were looking for another property Tom is the agent we'd contact.

Tom was the perfect choice to help me get my life re-started following a divorce. He was patient, generous with his time, knowledgable on the market, and always there for me when I had a question. HIGHLY recommended.

Sold a home in 2013.
Tom is a true professional -- and very personable, as well. My house sold within a few days after he listed it. He then worked closely with me to make the rest of the process as smooth as possible, going above and beyond to take care of every detail. I knew I was in good hands the whole time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Newtown, CT.
THE BEST. Tom made our first home-buying experience so wonderful. He knew what we wanted more than we did, in that he insisted we see "one more home" as we were about to give up, and it turned out to be the house of our dreams. He felt more like a member of the family than a real estate agent. His knowledge of the business, from soup to nuts, is extensive, and he can answer really technical questions about homes that previous agents we dealt with could not. He has a very calming and warm presence, but more importantly, Tom is authentic. He is truly a genuine human being, and we are forever grateful that we found ourselves in his hands when buying our first home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone, we would go to him again in a heartbeat.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Southbury, CT.
Tom was fantastic to work with. He gave us great advice on exactly what work we should do to market our condo, and also did a lot of research on our competition, which helped us price accordingly. He went over and above in many ways. For example, our condo was empty, and on his own, he moved in some basic furniture of his own to help stage things. We did ask for this, or expect it ... he just did it. As a result of his advice, our condo sold within two weeks of going on the market. It was so nice to work with someone who not only had the knowledge and expertise to get the job done, but was also a nice guy ... couldn't recommend him more highly.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Southbury, CT.
I've just completed a long-distance purchase with Tom. His very straightforward, honest, no pressure approach was just the kind of assistance I needed. He knew my time-line for finding a retirement home and would check in with me from time to time to see if he could assist me in any way. If he saw a condo he thought might be of interest me he would send me the information...yet without pressuring me. When I would make trips from Virginia for on-site viewing of condos, he would always make himself available for hours at a time to be sure that I had the opportunity to get a feel for the market availability. He even put up with my insistence that we see 23 condos on one visit. It paid off because that's when I decided to buy. His very professional knowledge of the market had me right on target for getting an excellent buy....and once the contract was signed he was in constant contact to make sure that everyone involved in the transaction stayed on task for an on-time closing. He arranged for my attorneys....one for settlement and one for power of attorney...and he assisted me in finding a tenant who is moving in the day after closing. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I am sure it was not easy to deal with an out of state client, but he never showed the slightest bit of irritation. He is a total professional.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $575K in Southbury, CT.
We have dealt with many real estate professionals over the years and can honestly say that we have never been more impressed and pleased with Tom Greto. Tom notified us about houses that came on the market within our specified price range that met our general needs. For every house previewed, he would ask us what we liked/disliked and very quickly began to know what we were looking for. He never wasted our time bringing us to houses he knew didn’t fit our needs. As a matter of fact, Tom was excited to tell us about a house coming on the market and thought it would be a perfect fit and it was – we bought it! Not only did Tom go above and beyond in finding us the perfect home but he worked closely with us through to closing. We were never presented with a surprise or any last minute panics. In fact it was just the opposite as Tom anticipated and took actions before we were even aware of the need. Tom took the initiative to schedule, provide access to the property and supervise work required to be done on the home as part of our sales contract. We would not only deal with Tom again we would strongly recommend him as an agent to anyone who is looking for a home.

Bought a home in 2011.
Tom was a pleasure to work with. He is a professional that worked side by side with us towards the purchase of our new house. I would recommend him because he is knowledgable, persistent and patient.

He showed knowledge as a realtor when analyzing the conditions of a house, when finding houses and neighborhoods that would match our interests, when dealing with other realtors, and mainly was astute when the formal part of the purchase process occurred.

I enjoyed his politeness and availability. But, more importantly he is trustworthy.
