My husband and I initially listed our house with another agency, and the agents there did little to promote it. When our contract was up, we listed our house with Teresa. Per her request, we reduced the price of the house, and she sold it in a little over three weeks. From the first contact, Teresa was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, informative, and an absolute joy with whom to work. She was readily available for any questions, thorough in her explanations, and provided great assistance in negotiating the process of listing and selling my property. All correspondence and phone calls were answered promptly, and her marketing of the property was pleasantly aggressive. She was generous with her time and expertise. Her handling of the entire sale of my property, including coordinating all inspections, et al, with the buyers' agent, was a surprisingly positive experience. The property sold quickly in a poor real estate market, but for a fair price, and I greatly credit Teresa's hard work and tenacity for the sale.
