Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in District Heights, MD.
I am a new and proud happy homeowner, thanks to my Agent Rea Vallieres. When I first contacted Mrs. Vallieres on questions about the homebuying process, she asked me was I deep down inside ready to buy a home? I responded back with a Yes. From then on, Mrs. Vallieres has been by my side. She stayed in the perimeters of my search criteria, she educated me on the things I didn't know, she collabarated with other professionals concerning how much I would qualify for and so fourth. Mrs. Vallieres took me around to see many homes in her own vehicle and was very knowledeable in what she was showing. I was extremely satisfied with my homebuying experience and I just want to give a big thanks to my Agent.
Mrs. Vallieres work ethics was very professional. She was very clear, honest and helpful to all my questions and concerns. Mrs. Vallieres also recommend me to a lender who was also wonderful to work with.
It was a pleasure meeting and working with Mrs. Vallieres. I have and will continue reccommending her services to family, friends and anyone else who is looking for an agent who provides great service and is truly working to put you in the home of your dreams.
