Licensed since January of 2005, Chris and Maria Jeantet run a successful real estate business in the Redding area specializing primarily in Residential Sales; re-sales, new construction and gated communities. In January of 2009 "the Jeantet Team" as they're known in the community joined forces with Coldwell Banker C&C Properties, Redding's largest real estate brokerage north of Sacramento holding over half of the local market share. The Jeantet Team offer personalized service that goes beyond the transaction process.
As local experts, they have formed strong relationships with a network of field professionals such as contractors, inspectors, title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers. That, combined with Coldwell Banker's national resources present an exclusive benefit to their clients.
Chris was born and raised in Redding and has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from CalPoly/San Luis Obispo. He met Maria in San Diego and the two had their wedding in the historic community of French Gulch in Shasta County. They have three young children and a busy but joyful life! When they're not at work, they like spending as much time together exploring the beauty of the North-state, particularly during their regular Sunday drives.
