I knew Regan and Caroline were the agents I was going to hire from the minute I met them. First and foremost they were prompt (actually a few minutes early) for our appointment and professional, taking time to explain the process. They really put my wife and I at ease, giving us the confidence to take that step to actually list our property. These ladies are very knowledgeable and bring stats to back the numbers they put before us. Our home sold in less than 30 days and they were able to get us more than the highest sold in the subdivision. I was impressed to say the least! You won't be disappointed if you hire these ladies!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Alpharetta, GA.
Regan is a pro and real estate sales and acquisition and has a knack for finding a jewel in a haystack and for negotiating the BEST PRICE possible no matter what side of the transaction you're on! Don't let her super friendly style fool you - she's a bulldog negotiator just like her mother and business partner Caroline. Regan's knowledge and expertise reaches into all areas of the industry. Anyone with the Maki ladies on their side is in the winning court for sure!

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Suwanee, GA
My first experience with the Maki group was great. The agent I worked with (Stephanie Oliver) was responsive, intelligent and very friendly. After a couple weeks, she told me she was leaving the Maki group and that I would be in good hands. I never heard another word from them. They just dropped the ball.

Stephanie is very responsive, flexible, and willing to work with your schedule. Her relationships with other realtors and mortgage lenders helped us get everything in place quickly.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2013.
Awful experience. They just wanted the commision, nothing else. What would have happened to us after we sold the house it was not their concern. I specifically told them we want to downsize, that we are looking for another house to move in. We had an offer on the house, but had to back off, because the Maki's were not helpful in finding another house. Well, even the negotiation with the buyer, Maki had more the buyer's interest at heart. I DO NOT recommend her. If you guys have a little common sense, you do not need an agent. Do your homework, list your house with a $ 500.00 flat rate, and take care of your own business. It would save you a lot of money and hassle.

We are sorry you feel the way you do and we apologize for your dissatisfaction of our services even though we were able to put your home under contract for an agreeable price with you and your husband, It was unfortunate you decided against selling your home because you could not find a suitable home for you to move into. There is quite a bit of difference between moving from a $250K into a $100K home. We hope you find the home of your dreams real soon and if we can assist you further we are always here to help.

Regan and Caroline are wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and very caring about what is important to me and my wife. If you're looking for a new home I could not recommend a better group of people to work with who truly experts in their field. Terry and Lynda Rathmann

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Lilburn, GA.
This is the second time I have chosen the Maki group to represent me. They find the right house, fight hard for you at the negotiation table, and ensure everything is in order up until closing. I will never use another agent. Period. I can't speak highly enough of this (second) amazing experience. What a team!
