Showed home in 2012.
I live out of state and was looking for property in Indiana and every time I contact Mary she is quick to respond even though she knows I only get there a couple times a year to look at property. She really knows the area and has been very helpful. I would recommend over all the other realtors I contacted in this area.

Bought a home in 2012.
Mary showed us numerous homes in the the local communities until we found the one that was perfect for us. She was always there to answer questions promptly. Even after the purchase was complete, Mary has been there to answer questions and provide information about a variety of topics. We will definitely recommend her to everyone we know. She was incredible to work with.

Mary has been very helpful showing listing we are interested in and keeping us up-to-date via email. Mary knows the area well.
Even though we are not looking for a high priced property she is still has quick response to email and has been available over the phone when needed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Washington, IN.
We are looking for a bigger home and needed to sell ours also and got with Mary and she always finds what I am looking for and also points out all of the issue with the house that I am looking at and does not hide anything about the house at all. Very professional and also has a smile and is very helpful with selling and buying a house giving me all my options. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
