Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $550K in South Orange, NJ.
From open house through closing, Rena Spangler worked tirelessly for us. Her advice for preparing and showing our house and property was invariably sound. Bottom line: in a 'down' market, Rena sold our house for more than the asking price - in less than a week. Can't ask for more than that.

Bought a home in 2011.
Rena is one of the only realtors we came across that genuinely listened to our needs and concerns. This resulted in ensuring that the homes we looked at were well-targeted and fit out situation precisely as we described to her.
In addition to her great communication and people skills, Rena also has an extensive network of contractors, mortgage brokers and real estate attorneys. She always presented us with options and ultimately let us make our own decisions. Not once did we ever think that she was putting her needs before ours.
Rena consistently went above and beyond to make the home-buying process as easy and streamlined as possible. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond or take action on our behalf. Often times Rena would volunteer to meet a vendor at the house for us, so we didn't have to take time off from work.
Rena's honesty is refreshing and why we will be sure to whole-heartily recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a home.…More Less
