My husband and I are first time home buyers who used Renee Roberts as our buyers agent. I can confidently say that the best decision we made during the entire home buying process was choosing to work with Renee. We wanted to be sure that we were choosing the right agent, so we set up an initial session with Renee to ask questions. After a few minutes with Renee, we knew that we did not have to search further, we had found the right agent. Renee is the top selling real estate agent in Canton and it is clear right away why that is the case. Renee is 100% passionate and committed to what she does. She guided us through the entire process with patience and knowledge. Renee is incredibly hardworking, responsive, and kept us in the loop in every step of the way via phone, email, and meetings. Her knowledge of Canton was incredible. She knew every street, every neighborhood, and each and every school which helped us get to know the town through this process. Renee listened to what we wanted and by taking us to visit several houses, helped us to fine tune what we were looking for. When visiting homes, Renee walks through with an expert eye which is so valuable for a first time homebuyer. She would point out areas that made a house more valuable or more of a challenge that we did not even think to ask about. If a home needed work, she was able to quickly estimate the cost involved which was so helpful. As we interacted with other seller's agents, it was clear that Renee was well known and well respected in the community and in her profession. I felt like Renee had our back and was on our side every step of the way. Renee was our guide, our sounding board, and most importantly our advocate. She encouraged us to be patient through the process to ensure that we truly loved the home. When it came time to put in our offer price, Renee was confident and led us through the process to ensure that we got our dream home. I would consider Renee an expert at home pricing. She knew instantly if a home was overpriced or fairly valued. Renee found our home for us and knew it was the one for us before we even saw it. When we saw the house, we knew we were home! Working with Renee is a competitive advantage in this market. You need a professional who was been through at all and is prepared for everything. Renee was right there with us from the first tour of the house through to the day of the closing. Renee is a wonderful person who truly values and cares about and works tirelessly for her clients. I appreciated her unbelievable work ethic, candor, and direct feedback that allowed us to get to find exactly what we were looking for. Renee works closely with many talented contracting professionals in this area and has given us valuable referrals. Despite the process being over she never stopped being helpful and responsive. We had the need for a plumber in an emergency and she called back with a perfect referral within the hour. If I needed to sell my home or refer someone to a buyer's or listing agent, it would be Renee hands down. A home on our street was just listed by Renee and it was no surprise to see how quickly the sign said "SOLD". I feel incredibly grateful to have worked with Renee and the Canton Office of Success Real Estate. I can not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had and know that you will have the same.

Renee is a truly fantastic realtor who has guided us through every step of the way. We had many questions about every aspect of the home buying process and Renee helped us through it all. Renee's local knowledge was extremely helpful, it made us feel very comfortable that the house we chose was the right one for us. As soon as we stepped into the house that we ultimately pruchased Renee helped us look at it with a critical eye...her knowledge of home building and construction shone through and she asked the questions that we may otherwise not have known to ask.

We met with some challenges and delays along the way and Renee was quick to offer solutions, facilitate the process and calm our nerves.

I could go on and on, but suffice is to say that Renee is one of those people who stand out from the crowd and are an inspiration...a true professional!

Renee's energy and focus along with her sensitivity to our schedule and desires, sets her apart as a true real estate professional. From the first day we sat down in our home together, until our walk through several months later, Renee served us and made us feel as though we were the only family she was working with... even though we know she sells more homes than anyone in our town. We don't know exactly how we got so lucky as to stumble across her website, which is fantastic by the way, but we are thrilled we did.
