Hello, I am Renee Sousa, Realtor with Allison James Estates & Homes. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Murrieta, CA.

I highly recommend Renee sousa. For helping my husband Frank getting a house for our family. It was hard for me not being there. Renee help frank tremendously! Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Fallbrook, CA.

Short version: We most highly recommend Renee!

Longer version: My wife and I are very particular about buying a home, not too easy to please. We can be quite task oriented and demanding when it comes to getting something important done. Also, I must admit a suspicion that a lot of realtors are “used car salesmen” who are really just interested in making a sale and getting a commission. So, even though my wife and I were very excited to end up with a home in Fallbrook, we weren’t looking forward to the entire process, especially so since we would be shopping from out of state.

In a stroke of good luck, a friend of a friend recommended we contact Renee in order to purchase our home in Fallbrook. We had no other leads on choosing an agent, so we rolled the dice and contacted Renee.

She responded promptly and we spoke briefly on the phone and then began communicating mostly by E-mail. Renee questioned us about our priorities and preferences. She immediately put our parameters into her automated search tool so we could start to build a base of knowledge of the market for ourselves. At the same time, we did our own work via the internet on such sites as Zillow and Trulia and forwarded prospective properties to Renee. She quickly gained a sense of us and what we were hoping to find.

Together we made a rather extensive list of properties to tour. Then my wife and I headed to Fallbrook for the weekend. When we met Renee she had our tour organized in a notebook for us to keep and the showing appointments were all set up. We spent most of three days touring properties. We did not find the right place on this first tour. Renee did not even blink, but continued the search.

We went home and spent time building a second list of properties to tour. In the process Renee pre-viewed several properties of interest and kept in near constant communication with us. We planned a second tour weekend. We were looking forward to it since the first one had actually been fun.

We found Renee to be well connected in the entire field of real estate. She networked with other agents who had fresh listings coming on the market. Even though we had our financing arranged before beginning the hunt, Renee connected us to a local lender we ended up choosing to use.

When we found the property we wanted, Renee’s experience shined through in a calm and confident approach to making an offer and negotiating. Not only did we get the property, but Renee remained diligent and paid attention to the all details through inspections and repairs.

My wife and I believe Renee’s true priority was helping us find the right house and getting us the best overall deal. Even as tough critics we were truly impressed and cannot recommend Renee highly enough.
