In my opinion, the zestimates can be very subjective, but, if you look after the zestimate of $605K, it does give a pretty broad range.  I think your houe definately falls within that range....right?

Sara,I'm going to try and do what you asked.  The listing you found is the previous listing with another Broker. It expired last week with them and I relisted it two days later.  My MLS# is 2204505 and the listing date is 7/16/09.  Thanks, you're a great help!Bob

Sara,Hi! Need help again.  Have a new listing that has not shown up on Zillow.  It's 12 Tellar Drive, Islip Terrace, NY 11752.

Only one true way to find out and that's to call the owner!  Because it was listed by the owner, it could be sold or off the market and the owner never updated Zillow.  Most Realtor/ RE Broker listings are through a feed that reports changes in status, ie: sold, price reduced, in contract or pending onan automatic basis.
