The buyer is responsible for these and the fees will be in your good faith estimate.  FHA mortgages require mortgage insurance, which includes an up front premium as well as monthly premiums.  The up front fee for fha has just recently gone up.  Your attorney usually works with a title company and they will provide you with title insurance.  While most people will go with whoever the attorney works with, you can get your own.  Any questions, let me know & good luck on your purchase.

These Zestimates are just that...estimates.  Your recent appraisals are more likely to be more accurate than the zestimate.  Your zestimate wont be affected by your re-appraisal, however, a re-assessment by your local assessors office, may affect your Zestimate.

I had to respond as I found this to be amusing & troubling.  Not sure where you live, but in my area, the internet is where your home is going to be found anyway.  A small sign can be ok, even in cul-de-sacs.  It's probably something her or she can carry in her trunk.  Maybe the have small directionals too, which can be placed at the begining of the cul-de-sac, whic says, "Home For Sale", with an arrow pointing towards your house.  As a friend, I have to know when it's better to refer a friend of mine to another Realtor becuase it may be out of my area.  Good luck!

Lot's of good info given already.  I think I may know the property you're referring to.  I've had several of my customers call and ask me about rehab loans or 203K financing recently. Just keep in mind that many of the foreclosures in our area are being snatched up by "all cash" investors, leaving the average homebuyer, out in the cold!Regards,Bob Sendel

The tool I tell people to use on the left is under, Flag Listing.  There's a pulldown there that says, Not For Sale.  I didn't see that for this property though.Bob

You yourself can go to the listing page for it.  Look to the left for, "Flag Lisintg."  Click pon it and go to the pulldown that says, "Not For Sale."
