    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Champaign, IL.
    Roxanne, she was a huge help to us. We started looking for houses a little late and even though she had to stay late or give up a couple afternoons, or weekends, she did a wonderful job. She helped us find a house that fits our needs, and even has some pretty sweet extras. She was kind, understanding and very polite.     I am a REALTOR with Joel Ward Homes from Champaign, Illinois. I would like to introduce myself and let you know some things about me as a person and as a REALTOR.


    I work at the University of Illinois as a Senior Library Specialist and have been at the U of I for 20 years. Before I joined the Library personnel, I worked with Dr. Merle Karnes in the Special Education College. After Dr. Karnes passed away, I moved to the Library. Both experiences have been wonderful and very special to me in so many ways.


    I began my Real Estate career in January of 2007. Not the best time to begin a Real Estate career with the current housing situation! :) However, I have been doing very well. I believe that has happened because I understand the home buyers and sellers very well. I try to give as much information to my clients as possible so they better understand the process of buying or selling a home.
