Hi, I contacted Zillow customer service for you to see if they could update your address with the correct zip code of 80133.  Their rep indicated that once an address is geocoded they cannot change it.If by chance it was entered by an Agent for a listing, that Agent could go in and edit the address zip code, but Zillow can't change it.Thanks!

How can our neighbors land (same size as ours) be worth more,when we have a fairly new home on ours?

Answer
Land value is different than the value of the existing home or structures which occupy the land.  I am not familiar with your location, but it could be the location of the land, it could be the aesthetics of the land itself ie. rolling, grassy hills versus dirt.  It could also be an error on the part of the county assessor.  You can always research the history of the property via county records.  Hope that gives a little insight for you.
