I am a Licensed Loan Originator and Certified Mortgage Planning specialist serving those in need of mortgages in Washington State. I have been a Mortgage Profesional for just over 8 years. Prior to entering the mortgage profession, I managed a title and escrow branch and was in that industry for 14 years. My years in the title and escrow industry provide me a unique prospective to lending. A majority of borrowers were either not satisifed with their loan originator or did not understand their loan program. It is imperative to me that my clients understand the process and can make informed decisions about their mortgage. I also strive to have clients as happy with me at the end of the transacation as they were at the start as my business is referal based.

I have worked at Mortgage Master Service Corporation for the last 8 years. We are a family owned company that has been around for over 30 years. A major advantage of working with our company is that we are a Correspondent Lender. This basically means that we are similar to a broker, where we work with many various lenders; the difference is we close in our own line of credit. Your transactions are completely cared for under our roof from processing, underwriting, doc drawing and funding. This allows us to maintain control of the transaction and to provide more competitve rates than typical brokers.
