Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We were a military family moving from out of state. After putting out several feelers without response to set up showings in over a limited amount of time I emailed a new realtor in my search 'Rich Cederberg'. I sent an email to him as I remember at about 2230 on a Friday night not expecting to hear anything right away-after all none of the other ABQ Realtors had responded and it had been several days. I heard from Rich within 5 minutes and was in SHOCK! I found him through a blog he had online. We soon found he was truly a GIFTED Realtor as he walked us step by step in purchasing our home. Even with us living out of state Rich proved to be the master of communication. He set up showings for us to view over two days. When we were unable to decide on a resale he helped us find a new construction. He is easy going, educated in ALL that is Real Estate and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Westgate Hts, Albuquerque, NM.Summary:
I started looking for a house around mid-October 2011. As soon as I requested information about a house, Rich reached out to me and offered to help me. He created a personal portfolio for me and constantly sent me information on houses which met my criteria. Whenever I asked him for information on the homes, he responded promptly and offered to show them to me. I was always able to get a hold of him whether through text or email, there was always a response. I finally found a home which met my criteria and after looking at the house, we started the paperwork. Rich took me step-by-step and explained everything so I understood exactly what I was signing. I found it was very convenient Rich had me sign the documents electronically; this saved me a lot of time. I finally closed on the house and even after the closing, Rich has reached out to me just to check how everything is going with the house.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Rich made everything better by being there every step of the way. If any of my friends or family members start looking for a house, I will definitely send them to Rich.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Rich was the most professional real estate agent that I have worked with. Not only was he helpful, kind and patient, he went out of his way to help make the transaction less stressful. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an agent without a doubt.
