Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Winnetka, Canoga Park, CA.Summary:
Richard was amazing. He helped me purchase my first home. I was completely clueless, nervous about spending so much money, and I had no idea what type of places I could afford in Los Angeles. I spent a couple of months looking at places with Richard and ended up finding a wonderful home.
Here is an example of Richard's dedication: During one weekend Richard took me out to see four or five places. It was raining pretty hard and one of the places we went to see had a serious drainage problem, preventing us from accessing the house through the front door. Richard climbed over a small fence and through a couple of feet of mud and muck to get to the back door to try to let me in. It was impressive.
