My fiancee and I happened to find Diane Riel completely by random. We knew we were going to attempt to sell and buy a home. Diane was outstanding. Not being familiar with the many details of purchasing, mobile home park rules, seller responsibilities, contracts, inspections after pledged repairs, I found an extremely competent 'partner' in Diane.

I can't even begin to express what an incredible agent Diane Riel is. We interviewed a handful of realtors before deciding who to work with. Diane by far knew her territories, housing zones, price comparisons, home values, and processing & paperwork that comes with purchasing a home better than her peers.
Promptness and working day and night for you is one of many key components of Diane's work ethic. She is also very truthful and moral/honest with her communication, not only with her clients, but with other agents and loan advisers. She is very good at trying to work a better deal for you, but in a very fair manner. She is quick on her feet to offer alternative solutions should any road blocks arise.
In the end, we own our dream house and have made a life long friend who we have kept in touch with after our business deal was complete. Two months after we moved in and were home owners, there was paperwork coming in the mail that we questioned. I called Diane to ask her about it and she was very good at deciphering what was "scam" mail and what was paperwork we needed to complete and return. She keeps lasting relationships which says a lot about her character and professionalism.

Diane Riel is very knowledgeable and flexible. She responds quickly and acts promptly. She understands her client’s individual needs and really goes to bat for her client’s interests. I’ve initiated work with two different realtors who I did not feel were completely trustworthy but felt Diane was very honest and really was helping me achieve my goals. I really enjoyed working with her and will definitely work with her again when I sell my home or buy a bigger home.
