Ginny Gorman is the real estate agent in North Kingstown Rhode Island that knows the market better than anyone. She is well acquainted with the location and best of all the waterfront properties in the area. Genuine and always on task she was able to help me out with seeking the property I wanted. Ginny is a true professional and has extraordinary knowledge of the waterfront landscape of homes in RI. I found her online originally years ago and my whole family (5 of us) have used her to buy vacation homes in Narragansett, South Kingstown, Charlestown & North Kingstown. How she helped us analyze a property for rate of return on our investment, coastal requirements and value is what any buyer needs. I can only recomment Ginny with the highest level of confidence. In fact, she has such a great referral network that 2 of the family members used her to buy homes in Florida as well. The right Rhode Island real estate to use without question to list or buy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in North Kingstown, RI.
My dad's real estate agent referred Ginny to us because she knows our neighborhood inside out as I found out. She was incredible for both of us in marketing the home online, blogging everywhere on all web sites (by the way she has an awesome web site) and open house. Her web site brought the buyers in by the second week we had multiple offers on our house. Hard to imagine in this tough economy. She told us what we should price it at and we got within $2k of that figure! She was a tough negotiator for us and made sure we did not give up anything we didn't have to. I recommended her to my neighbor who is now using her to sell their house! Heartily recommend her for professional way.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in North Kingstown, RI.
Ginny Gorman was referred along to me by another seasoned out of state Realtor. She went to work right away doing research on my house and competitive homes. She then sent out flyers, marketed the home on line alot, had open houses & brought in the right person at a higher than expected price for the house. I could not believe it! She negotiates so well. Recommend her 5 stars + for abilities and you will be happy you hired her. Maggie

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Warwick, RI.
Ginny Gorman is a wonderful realtor. I recently purchased a home that was a short sale. I don’t think I would have made it through the process if it weren’t for Ginny. She is very knowledgeable about the short sale process from offer to closing. Right from the start we learned there were multiple offers on the property. Ginny suggested an offer strategy that enabled me to win the bid – and I wasn’t the highest offer! It was a long process and I’m glad to have had Ginny there with me. Thanks Ginny!

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Westerly, RI.
Ginny helped my wife and I complete a short sale on my condo. This was a new experience for us so Ginny’s knowledge of the process was extremely helpful. She marketed the property and had showings lined up in no time. Her team worked with the bank (this is a huge plus because dealing with their short sale department can be very tedious) and got the offer from our buyer accepted.
I would recommend using Ginny as your agent because she is knowledgeable, attentive, kind & professional. If you are in a tough spot trying to decide if a short sale is the right move for you and need guidance, give her a call!

Sold a home in 2011.
It's hard to write a review that sums up our experience with Ginny without writing a novel but I'll try to keep it brief. Going through the short sale process is not easy and I don't think we would have made it to the end of the road without Ginny. She is not only very knowledgeable about the North Kingstown area (& beyond) but also does not hesitate to give you the hard facts that are critical when buying and selling in this market. We knew what we wanted in a realtor when we first contacted Ginny and boy did she deliver!! I most appreciated that she didn't sugar coat the situation for us like some agents did and always fought for our best interest. She also managed to pull a rabbit out of her hat several times when problems occurred with our buyers/sellers....I wondered if she sleeps. Well, we made it to the closing table twice...once to sell and once to buy our perfect new home....and we and owe it all to Ginny. In our opinion, she really is the only realtor to consider if you are looking to buy/sell in North Kingstown.

She has an unparallelled knowledge of how to promote a property through internet marketing, which in today's real estate market, is one of the strongest tools and the first place that people will go to start their own searches and market research of a property.
For me, she had a prospective buyer and offer within 1 week of the home being listed and we had an agreed upon sale price that was amicable for both parties within 10 days. I highly recommend her services to anyone interested in selling or buying a home in the RI market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Warwick, RI.
We found Ginny to be an extremely professional, knowledgable and hands-on realtor. She was also most helpful when we were trying to decide what to do to make our property more appealing to buyers as well as meeting current housing codes, etc. Ginny definitely made our house selling experience happen with as little stress as possible. We recommend her highly!

Ginny helped my elderly mom and myself to market her home near the start of a very down economy when many houses close by were going into foreclosure.
Ginny's knowledge of the local area and her recommendations to us on how we could improve the property were right on the money. I feel the house sold very quickly in that market (less than 3 months) because of the small improvements and repairs we made. Following her advice, we turned my mom's rather non-descript ranch house into a little jewel in a sea of similar properties. We got very close to our asking price while other houses on the market in our neighborhood (with various realtors) were being dramatically discounted.
Ginny was friendly and easy to work with. She was always responsive and thorough in her dealings with myself and my mom. She took extra time to carefully explain details to my mom at a time when her memory was starting to fade.
Ginny networks well and uses technology to market effectively. I cannot say enough about her as an extremely competent and dedicated agent. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to be an agent for someone looking to sell or buy in the Kent or Washington county areas.
