I own StageStruck which is a home staging and interior redesign company in Osceola, Indiana. We serve the Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan areas. We also serve Elkhart County and its surrounding cities.

Staging is a small investment that yields big returns. Callfor a consultation!(574) 674-9764.

Redesign is using the homeowner's furniture, art, and accessories to redo their room(s). It is redesigned according to how the family lives in that room. Redesign makes a room feel cheery, lighthearted, less cluttered, and roomy. This is done by rearranging furniture, and moving pieces to different parts of thehouse.

The goal of staging is for selling homes. The seller's part is to updateand declutter the home, the realtor's part is to sell the home, and the stager's part is to depersonalize the home so that potential buyers can picture themselves living in that home. Vacant homes are hard to sell because they lack that warm , cozy feeling that occupied homes have. Therefore staging makes alot of sense for the vacant home. All homes can be staged. The homeowner with less money than his wealthy neighbor can have his home staged- the stager just has to be more creative.

The way you live in the home and the way you sell your home are two different things. Staging and Interior Design are NOT the same thing. In Interior Design one is showcasing their belongings. In staging, one is showing off the house. It is imperative that the sellers become detached from the home. Once the for sale sign comes out, the home no longer belongs to you. People don't want to buy your memories and they could care less; they want to buy the home.

One service we are especially proud to offer is thatof accessory embellishing. We take your picture frames or lampshades and renew them by faux painting, decoupage, stenciling, and adding texture to your pieces. We can make the new look old, and the old look new.

I received my training from the staging diva herself, Debra Gould. She teaches online staging classes. Presently I am contributing decorating articles to my hometown's website called michianamoms.com. I am also teaching decorating classes for the local MOPS group. I have been decorating for 20 years.

Check out our website for other services StageStruck offers and for the consultation fees and the cost of staging. I also have a page on www.activerain.com/stagestruck and on the staging diva's website-- www.stagingdiva.com/stagestruck.html. Our website is www.mystagestruck .com
