From the beginning Ringo made us feel comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and really knows how to please the buyers! He is very insightful and cares about the buyers and the sellers! He created a look that drew people into our home and of course all this led to a great sale! We are extremely grateful to Ringo for everything he did for us and we recommend him to everyone! We were so lucky to have Ringo as our agent! Thank you Ringo ~ Barb and John

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Alameda, CA.
My wife and I met Ringo during an open house 2 years ago but we were not quite ready to buy at that time. Ringo was very patient in sending us property listings via emails but never rushed us. In February 2012, we were ready and Ringo showed us a beautiful house along Creedon Circle in Bay Farm. He was able to negotiate a good price since it was for sale by the owner. We did not believed him at that time and did not take the deal so the house was listed by another agent hired by the owner. Sure enough, the house sold well above what Ringo had negotiated for us. Its nice to know that an agent would go the extra mile to look out for his clients. Ringo knows the housing market very well. This is the first time that my wife and I are house shopping and do not realize how stressful it can be. We were looking for a permanent home to raise our two young boys. It is nice to have a trusting agent that we can confide in. Anyone who is trying to buy a house right now - can attest, there is very little inventory and any decent house on the market will get multiple offers. There were times when my wife and I wanted to settle on a house even though in our heart we knew it was not our dream home. Our price range is about 1 million dollars. Ringo would not let us settle knowing that we would regret it in the future and promised to find us the right house. It is nice to have an agent that is not all about making a sale and the quick buck. Sure enough, he found us the perfect home and negotiated a very good price. We are very happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would also trust him to sell my house in the future because he has excellent home valuation skills. I am planning on buying some investment properties in the near future and will continue to work with Ringo. Having worked wiht Ringo, I am glad to have Ringo on my side when buying or selling a home. I would hate to have him on the opposing side.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Alameda, CA.
Ringo helped me sell my old house and buy a new house. From the very beginning, he's been very responsive, honest and flexible. He provided us with listings every week and showed us houses accommodating to our schedule with our baby. He was patient with all of my requests. He helped us to aggressively negotiate and we were able to get a house of our dreams. We really appreciate Ringo's help and would recommend him to everyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 in Alameda, CA.
I was actually a client of both (Buyer and Seller). I used to live in Bay Farm, Alameda. We moved to Las Vegas in late 2006 and we leave the house for Ringo to sell and because it was so closed to holidays, not a whole lot of people were looking to buy the house. Ringo help us to stage our house and paint one of the wall. Ringo managed to sell our house within 2 months and we closed the deal in Jan 2007. Then in late 2008, we moved back from Las Vegas to Bay Area and we started to look for house again in 2011. I immediately think of Ringo. Even though Ringo does not specialize in Castro Valley, we manage to find a perfect house for our family. Thank you Ringo!

Ringo Lui did a fabulous job in helping us prepare to sell my Dad's house. He has a keen sense for what buyers and sellers need to do in not only preparing for selling but the whole process. He was honest and totally straight forward about all costs and fees associated with every thing we had to do. His expertise really started to shine when it came to making some color changes in some of the house to make it more aesthetically pleasing and was able to have the work done at a fairer rate then we anticipated. He also staged the house and did a great job with that. Most important he was able to satisfy and communicate with both my Sister and myself in the utmost professional way in handling selling a house when part of a Estate. Probably why he was recommended by so many people and also is one of the top Agents in Real Estate in Alameda. Thanks Ringo for doing a great job for our family.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Bay Farm Island, Alameda, CA 94502
Interviewed this agent to sell home. He is very fake, and says he is NOT in it for the money and would not state his rate of commission. Of course he's in it for the money, he's not working for free. Lack some manners. Maybe he can just fool clients that don't speak English as their 1st language. He also whined and complained about another agent, because she was his competition. Other better agents to interview and use, rather than this guy RingoLui. Would NOT recommend to use him, ever.
