Not only did Rita McIntosh do an excellent job of selling my Mom's home after my Mom's death, but Rita went above and beyond while assisting me in finding my new home. Rita assisted me in every step and this was so helpful to me being a first time home buyer. Not only did she show me many houses, over a period of time, but she explained every step of all the processes one goes through when buying a new home. Rita had great patience in showing me homes and assisting me in finding the right lender as well. She showed thorough knowledge of all the processes and guided me with her expertise. I never felt alone while dealing with McIntosh and Associates. After both sales, Rita frequently checked on me by both phone and mail. I have enjoyed my home for many years now and when I get ready to move again I will call on Rita and her associates for assistance again. I have recommended McIntosh & Associates many times through the years since my purchase and have heard good things from those she has assisted as well.
