I have worked for a number of REO and BPO companies over the last 3 years. To name a few REO companies, I have worked with Suntrust, Citi, Executive Asset Management, Fannie Mae, Olympus Asset Management and more. We have completed 26 REO sales in 2011so far, with the capapbility to handle 75 at a time.

For BPO companies, I have worked with First American Residential Value View, Clear Capital, Finiti, Valuation Partners and more. We have done over 500 BPOs in the last year.

My team and I have completed 34 short sales in the last year.

The teams volume in sales last year was just short of $7 Million. We had 35 transactions. We already have 31 transactions this year.

I currently work with Keller Williams Realty in Charlottesville, VA and cover the surrounding counties as well.
