Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Pleasant Hill, CA.
As a first-time home buyer, when I first contacted Rob I was extremely tentative about the whole process. Rob worked with my limited budget and time constraints, meeting with me on my schedule. Rob has an incredible knowledge of the area and properties, and provided far more insight than you will ever find on an MLS listing. Most importantly, I felt that Rob was really on my side throughout the home buying process. He was endlessly patient, never tried to push me into making offers on houses that wouldn't have been right for me, and ultimately helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. In fact, Rob helped me to purchase the FIRST home on which I made an offer. For those who have been in the market to buy a home in the East Bay, you can appreciate how extraordinary that is.
Even after the buying process was over, Rob has still been responsive to my questions, helping me with tax forms and putting me in touch with painters, handymen and the like.
