I am sorry that you feel the need to be adversarial. Realtors are skilled because we are licensed, have the experience and training to help people buy and sell their homes. I always put in a 110% percent for my customers and clients regardless of the price of the home. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with agents but that doesn't give you the right to hit below the belt and make nasty comments to me. We accurately price the home so that offers will come in whether that means increasing or decreasing the price of the home. I always follow-up and provide feedback to my clients. Nobody needs to encourage me to follow-up. That is something that I would do normally. Print ads don't work. We have open houses, broker open houses and word of mouth. Get as much exposure as you can.
