Closed refinance loan.
I found Rob on the Zillow website and based on his reviews I decided to give him a call. From the first conversation we had, I felt very comfortable that I was speaking with the right person and he made me feel like I was his number one priority even though I know I was one of many. He gave me as much personal attention as I needed and provided advice/guidance on which type of loan I should go with. He was willing to run numbers multiple times for me to make sure I understood exactly what I was doing. I was also impressed with how quickly the process moved along. Rob is the absolute BEST! I am so happy/grateful I found him! I was originally working on a refi with USAA and it was a total nightmare.
