First off, I didn't work with Robert, I worked with Kevin Cronin, one of Robert's agents and I couldn't be happier with the services provided to me. I was out of the country and looking for a investment property with income potential in the Naples area. I had searched on realtor.com and zillow and emailed numerous agents and never heard from any of them. I emailed Robert and within 15 minutes Kevin rang my phone, on a Sunday no less. We spoke for about an hour and he was able to figure out exactly what I wanted and emailed me a few properties. I found one I loved and I was able to get it at 70% of asking price with his help. I flew in for the inspection and it was exact how he described it. I was out of town for the closing but Kevin was able to help me not only close but also referred a few potential renters for the home. Within two weeks of closing I had a renter who signed a full year agreement for an amount higher than I anticipated. I have purchased plenty of homes in my time but this was by far the smoothest transaction I've had. I would recommend Kevin and Homes and Land Brokers to anyone looking for a home in Florida.…More Less
