Bought a home in 2013.
Rob was excellent to work with. I appreciated how straight forward he was with us during the buying process. It was evident to me that our long-term relationship with Rob was far more important to him than just finishing/closing on our house.

Sold a home in 2013.
We are very pleased with Rob's handling of the sale of our home and also his location of another house quickly for us. Always available when we had questions and gave us experienced help and advice. Good negotiator too. In our opinion, he is the best and we recommend him for help in buying and/or selling without reservation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Saint Louis, MO.
I had another agent that I really liked but stumbled upon Rob while on this site. I decided to interview Rob and during that process he really impressed us, enough that we decided to use him rather than the agent I was much more familiar with. My house is sold and I couldn't be happier, Rob did an amazing job in selling my house and did so prior to it even be officially on the market. I could say he did this and did that but I don’t think I would do it justice, the bottom line is he did everything he said he could and more. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone and have actually already done so. If you are reading this my suggestion would be have him over and meet him because I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.…More Less
